a huge amount of work is needed.
First:
text colour isn't noticeable
background doesn't flow at all, the lines ruin it

the second is terrible:
the background is pixelated which is the first thing people will notice. the fact its pixelated shows that you havent put any effort into it at all
the text has the shadow which makes the sig look silly
also the text is hard to read due to font choice, size and colour

overall 2/10
