one thing remove the shirker off the face pic (in one of the episodes where shikamaru naruto pakkun and sakura go to rescue sasuke he calls himself a shirker )

well, its too big on his head, you have the back bit right but the top part is way too high up.
its like a mohawk. Compare my shik's hair to yours and you should see what needs to be fixed
