is it possible that i can make an intro to a char? my idea was to copy first frames and past them (change the frame number to an empty (ex: 300) and next and bla bla bla...) and change all 999 to ex: 300 (copied stand frames) or 1000 to ex: 300

An intro in vs mode is I THINK impossible.. but an intro in stage is very easy.. The thing you said with copying frames and all... and then change action to the first frame of your intro..

I don't know how about this:
The stance of this character would be the intro (if doesn't fit just next it to 235) and then it would transform to a char with normal stance and all the other stuff.

I would suggest transforming with state: 400.

I see you REALY dont want to do transform :0
Changing around 230 frames so they all somehow lead to normal stance... Do as you wish, but I would do the transform.
